Dear ANet,

Why did you change (in todays patch) res shrines icons on minimap (opened by pressing "u") to smaller = less visible? Please bring old icons back or make these icons brighter...

Did anyone complain about size of them???

And if none, then why change?

I don't know, I kind of prefer the new icons. Smaller, but more to the point imo. They still stick out well enough for me, too.

Yes, I like "design" too, but I would prefer them to be more visible = brighter, not so dark. It is sometime hard to spot them, when near mountains, hills or on any dark terrain. They have already black outline, just make the cross lighter.

They are dark grey on black, they are too low contrast and too hard too see.
Making them light grey on black would greatly improve their visibility.

I noticed that today, and I much prefer the old icons because they were more visible.

With my old CRT-screen it would have been a problem. I use to stumble around halfblind in caves and deep forests. No screen adjustment seemed to help. Only thing I could do was to decrease contrast and raise brightness. It gave a very ugly faded look - but it was better than all black. Some guildies had the same problem, also with older screens.

So I really understand people that some people having problems with dark rez icons in dark map areas.

I agree that they're too hard to see.
Love the mouse over and collector points but now I can only find rez points by mouse over.

Lighten a bit so they don't get swallowed by the background map gets my vote

Hard to see, and super damn sucky to rez at during certain missions where ANet opted to place four or five full mobs. Good job!

As I've stated since Early GW, in Factions, and now again. ANet, STOP putting mobs at the shrine. Stop messing with the visibility, and allow people to rez in peace.
